Reson8 Ventures LLC, through its RobX24 Robotics division, provides an e-commerce platform for the sale of advanced robotics equipment, including Unitree Go2 series robots, industrial robotics, and related accessories. All products are shipped directly from manufacturing facilities through our strategic partnerships.

3. User Accounts

To make purchases, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information as necessary
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Payment Terms

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Full payment is required before order processing
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Disputed charges must be reported within 60 days

Processing Times

• Unitree Go2 Air Models: 15-21 business days
• Professional Models: 25-30 business days
• Industrial Models: Additional 15-30 business days

5. Shipping and Delivery

• All products ship directly from manufacturing facilities through our partnerships
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees
• Adult signature required for delivery
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and non-refundable

6. Returns and Cancellations

Return Policy

Exceptions

Returns are only accepted for:

• Manufacturing defects (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect products shipped
• Missing essential components

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled for full refund during the processing window
