Due to the highly technical nature of our robotics products, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

Important Notice: Due to the specialized nature of professional robotics equipment, we have a limited return policy that applies only under specific circumstances.

Given the specialized nature of advanced robotics equipment including Unitree Go2 series robots, industrial models, and humanoid robots, Reson8 Ventures LLC maintains a limited return policy designed to protect both customers and our business.

When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns only in the following specific cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Confirmed defects identified within 48 hours of delivery
  • Shipping Damage: Physical damage sustained during transit
  • Incorrect Products: Wrong model, configuration, or specifications shipped
  • Missing Essential Components: Incomplete shipments lacking critical parts

Step-by-Step Return Process:

  3. Review Process: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible
  4. Return Shipping: Ship the product back in original packaging within 7 days of receiving RAN
  5. Inspection: Product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  6. Resolution: Approved returns processed within 7-10 business days

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for products confirmed to meet our return criteria:

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for full refund under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Delays: If processing exceeds 45 business days due to manufacturing delays
  • Specification Changes: Product modifications accepted before dispatch from manufacturing facility

Cancellation Restrictions

  • No Post-Shipment Cancellations: Once shipped from manufacturing facility, cancellations are not permitted

  • Confirmation Required: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by our team

6. Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Defective Items: Reson8 Ventures LLC covers return shipping costs for confirmed defective or damaged products
  • Customer Responsibility: Customer pays return shipping unless product is defective or damaged
  • Insurance Required: All returns must include full insurance coverage during transit
  • International Returns: May require additional customs documentation and processing time

Restocking Fees

  • Condition-Based: Restocking fees apply only if returned product doesn't meet original condition requirements
  • Fee Structure: Up to 25% of product price for items not in original packaging or condition
  • No Fees for Defects: No restocking fees for confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping damage
