2. Standard Warranty Coverage
Go2 Air Models
Coverage Period: 6 months
Includes: All mechanical and electronic components, battery systems, factory firmware
Support: Basic technical assistance and troubleshooting
Go2 Pro/EDU Models
Coverage Period: 12 months
Includes: Advanced sensors, SDK tools, professional-grade actuators, extended software support
Support: Priority technical support and development assistance
Industrial Models (B2/G1)
Coverage Period: 12 months
Includes: Heavy-duty components, industrial sensors, weatherproofing, custom configurations

Battery & Power Systems

3. What is Covered
✅ Covered Under Warranty
- Manufacturing Defects: Components that fail due to factory defects or quality issues
- Electronic Component Failures: Control boards, sensors, motors, and communication modules
- Software and Firmware Issues: Critical software problems preventing normal operation
- Premature Component Wear: Parts that wear out faster than expected under normal use
- Battery Performance Issues: Batteries not meeting specified capacity or performance standards
- Assembly Problems: Issues with factory assembly or configuration
❌ Not Covered Under Warranty
- Physical Damage: Drops, impacts, water damage, or environmental exposure
- User Modifications: Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party component installations
- Normal Wear and Tear: Expected degradation from regular use over time
- Misuse or Abuse: Operation outside specified parameters or safety guidelines
- Third-Party Accessories: Non-original components or unauthorized modifications
- Consumable Items: Cases, manuals, packaging materials (unless originally defective)
- Shipping Damage: Covered separately by shipping insurance, not product warranty
Important Note: Warranty is void if the product is disassembled, operated in extreme environments, or used with non-original accessories, as specified in official manufacturer policies.
